EPISODE DESCRIPTION

This year 82 cities around the globe take part in a concerted effort, happening on August 31st 2012 or September 1st 2012 depending on location, to let Japan know that the killings in Taiji, Japan are not tolerated and that the world is watching.

WILD TIME spoke to many people who are involved in organising or helping at the events.

In part 1 Thomas talks to Zoe Ng about the event in Hing Kong, Sandy McElhaney from just outside of Wahsington who helps co-ordinate some of the events. Sandy is also involved with the “Save Misty the dolphin” campaign. Thomas also talked to Nichola Sherlock who organises the Save The Dolphin Day event in Dublin/Ireland.
